For your convenience, Philadelphia Print & Color has established a FTP site for uploading your files for output. Please click on FTP Instructions link above to download a PDF file with everything you need to know about the upload process.

To submit your project, follow these steps:


	1.	Review our Production Recommendations to ensure that your files are prepared properly. Improperly prepared files may result in delays and additional charges.

	2.	If under 2 MB, you may submit your files by e-mail at production@philadelphiaprint.com. Be sure to include any relevant information in your e-mail, including specific instructions, delivery instructions, and any purchase order information. Depending on the type of job, we may also require you to send in a color proof.

	3.	For larger files, you can upload files via our FTP server by clicking the following link (this will open a new browser window):
